Meet Emmelie.
Hi, I’m Emmelie, owner of Rural Reach Events. Before we go any further, I feel it’s important to note that I know my name is spelt unconventionally, so to save awkward misspellings later, please just call me Emm!
Having grown up on the family dairy farm in The Netherlands and later in south-west Victoria, I have a strong passion for agriculture and the lifestyle farming provides. This passion has formed the basis of my company, which is deeply rooted in the traditions and values of the agricultural world.
As a true-blue farm girl, I understand that ‘agri-culture’ is more than just plowing paddocks and milking cows; it's a way of life.
While I loved (and still do!) the farm life, my attention to detail and organisation skills were often noted, making me wonder how I could bring all my passions together – and thus my career in events began.
While I find events of any kind exhilarating, it’s the rural-based events that I’ve always been drawn to, and after gaining years of experience as a contractor, it’s time to take that next step and develop a business I feel strongly about.
So, if you’d like a customised event, with a clear target audience, that needs to work to a budget and be organised from start to finish, I’m your gal!
